Reiki & Crystal Healing Sessions
The word "Reiki" is made up of two Japanese words: "rei," which means "universal life force," and "ki," which means "energy." Reiki practitioners believe that this energy flows through all living things and that it can be channeled to promote healing and balance. Crystals are used to amplify, transmute, or block certain energies and when used together with Reiki give a powerful result!
Before You Arrive
Wear comfortable clothes, remove any jewelry especially copper or crystal jewelry. Drink plenty of water!
What to Expect
You will lay fully clothed on the Reiki table. You will be guided through breathing to help you relax comfortably before the practitioner gently places their hands on or just above your body. Various crystals will be placed around or on your body to promote the energy flow
Reiki Myth
Reiki is not an energy transfer! Reiki uses the attuned Reiki practitioner as a conduit for the universes higher energy. You cannot give or receive any lower or "bad" energy during your session
